My name is Mark Rieke and I am a senior consumer experience (CX) analyst at Memorial Hermann Health System where I use survey data to improve patient satisfaction. I love making beautiful charts, working on home improvement projects, and playing jazzy piano.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tulsa in 2018. I worked with Siemens Energy for three years designing mobile gas-turbine power plants before moving into a more data-centric role. I currently use R, Stan, and tidymodels to provide actionable insights from Qualtrics survey data. In my spare time, I love analyzing public political datasets. You can find my work on GitHub and my unedited stream of consciousness on Twitter.
I live in Houston, TX, with my fiance and two obnoxious yet lovable pets.
